Day 26: Sunday, Sunday.


Sleep: so-so (napped accidentally 1:30-3 am, slept lightly 4-9:30)
Mood: productive
Weight: 168
Body Fat: 22 %
Exercise: dog walking (3km) ab workout, 2 km hike to greengrocer. 
Stats: 71/17/12. I regret nothing. *urp*
Money Spent on Food: zilch. 

Breakfast: 
-smoothie
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • tangelo
  • 1.5 cups spinach
  • 2 cups strawberries
  • 1 scoop Green Superfood
Lunch: 
-chew-food! (in the form of a salad)
  • cucumber
  • red pepper
  • carrot
  • avocado
  • leftover salsa and mushroom meat. 
-coconut nut cookie as a treat. 
This was crazy filling and super tasty. 

midafternoon snack:
-smoothie

  • 1 cup fresh carrot juice
  • 1 tangelo
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1 large chunk ginger
  • 1 pear

-raisins
-Giddy Yoyo chocolate. Today is a little indulgent, thanks to cranky lady-bits. 

Dinner: 
-Shredded carrot & zucchini salad with dates, sundried tomatoes in a sweet (agave) mustard dressing, warmed in my dehydrator. (RECIPE HERE)
-smoothie

  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 apple
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 scoop Progressive Protein powder.
