Day 27 Check in: Peel Me A Grape, Darling.


Sleep: troubled, very active dreams and not enough zzzz. 
Mood: fussy
Weight: 168
Body Fat: 22 %
Exercise: 6km various hiking with bags, ab work out. 
Stats: 71/17/12. I regret nothing. *urp*
Money Spent on Food: zilch. 

Breakfast (10): 
-smoothie of pure fruity goodness
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1.5 cups strawberries
  • 1 tangelo
  • 1 red delicious apple
  • 1 cup pineapple


-water with Green Superfood and Progressive Protein just whisked into it. Guess who forgot to put it into their smoothie...

Lunch (2): 
-canteloupe
-banana
-prunes

Midafternoon snackings (4:30, 6-6:30):
-the biggest apple I've ever seen
-1/2 a bag of baby carrots

Dinner (10)
-leftovers! 
  • flax corn tortillas
  • salsa
  • mushroom meat

-Giddy Yoyo chocolate for my Cranky Lady Bits. 

I woke up in fairly good spirits today but my mood really faded as my workday went on and I developed a headache. I'm sure it was because I hadn't eaten and drunk enough, but I just wasn't inspired for food today. I blame the hormones. I mean, I *am* inspired for food, but I'd really like it to be brought to me on a platter carried by a sex god while I recline on the couch with a blankie and hot water bottle.

Johnny has now made me a hot water bottle and is making spinach dip for me. I'm off to the couch, lucky lady that I am. Maybe I'll even get a massage.
