Here's what I ate today, nutrition-wise. Constant Snackings are Us. Any day with two smoothies is a great day as far as I'm concerned.
Breakfast: (10:00)
-smoothie
- 1 banana
- 1 tangelo
- 1 cup pineapple
- 1 cup strawberries
- juice from 3 medium carrots
Mid 'morning' snack (12:30)
-handful of dehydrated strawberries
Lunch (3:00)
- banana
- apple
- 15 prunes (oops. They are accidentally delicious but pretty super calorific!)
- 2/3 carton coconut water
- giddy yoyo raw chocolate (vanilla)
- baby carrots
- sugar snap peas
-smoothie
- 2 c. spinach
- 1 c. parsley
- juice from 2 medium carrots
- 1 cup whole strawberries
- 1/2 scoop Progressive protein powder (vegan).
-cauliflower snacks.
